Chris Davis

General Manager at Reconext Grapevine

Chris has over 25 years of experience in progressively responsible positions in manufacturing, distribution, logistics and supply chain. For the past 8 years, Chris has been consulting with major manufacturers on initiatives to improve quality, production, and labor efficiency of the manufacturing and distribution centers through the disciplined application of lean manufacturing and continuous quality improvement principles. Chris holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Engineering and is Six-Sigma blackbelt certified.

Brandon Riggs

Senior Human Resources Manager at Grapevine and Irving, Texas

Brandon comes to Reconext with over 20 years of HR experience, with the last 8 being in manufacturing and having multi-site responsibility. He brings great experience to the team in the areas of talent acquisition, employee engagement programs, and learning & development!

Vinay Daver

Vice President of Quality

Vinay’s previous experiences include significant roles in ensuring service quality for several large organizations. Vinay and his wife live in the Austin metro area. In his spare time, Vinay enjoys photography and listening to Indian classical music.

Hakki Ünüvar

General Manager at Reconext Netherlands

Hakki joined Reconext in February 2022 as a Program Director and recently took on the General Manager role at Reconext Netherlands. He is an experienced Transformation & Change Leader with a demonstrated history of working in the CPE (Customer Premises Equipment), MSO (Multiple System Operator) and 3PL (3rd Party Logistics) industries. Prior to joining Reconext, Hakki had several operational leadership roles at companies like Cisco, Technicolor, and Liberty Global.
